The DFN-Terminplaner is available to all members of the university. The DFN-Terminplaner is operated by the German Research Network (DFN) and can be used free of charge.
You can use the DFN-Terminplaner to coordinate your event dates. Comparable services such as Doodle are not permitted for employees for data protection reasons.

Please use the DFN Appointment Planner, especially if you are a staff member. In contrast to other commercial services, this is harmless in terms of data protection.
