The course offerings of the Chair of Real Estate Economics include lectures, seminars, and tutorials during both the winter and summer semesters, forming part of the specialization in Regional, Urban, and Real Estate Economics.
A minimum of 20 to 35 ECTS credits is required to complete this specialization.
