Implementation of the "One study - one vote" procedure

We are fully implementing the new "One study - one vote" procedure for standardised professional advice (berufsrechtliche Beratung) in Germany.

Detailed information on the procedure can be found on the homepage of the Working Group of Medical Ethics Committees (external link, opens in a new window) (AKEK).

Our application documents for medical studies, adapted to the new procedure, can be found here (external link, opens in a new window).

Applications for a secondary vote for studies that have already been approved by a German ethics committee are submitted to us via Ethikpool under the application type “Anzeigeverfahren”. The former process of coordinated consultation has been discontinued.
