Research

The Chair's research activities include strategic management, innovation and technology management, management of organisational change, start-up management and international management. Current research focuses on technological change and work, innovation and digitalisation in human resources, behavioural economics and resistance to change and innovation. Research is also currently being conducted in the areas of e-health, business model innovation, family businesses and public policy. Furthermore, research projects on the topic of digitalisation are being pursued at the chair.
