1993/1994: Project officer for the implementation of the social package agreed in the purchase agreement between the Polish Ministry of Privatisation and Siemens AG for the acquired companies ZWUT S.A. in Warsaw and ELWRO S.A. in Wroclaw: including ‘Promotion of the acquisition of employee shares by agreement with the company trade unions’.
As Chairman of the Group Spokespersons' Committee, lead negotiator with
management for employee share agreements (2006 - 2014).
Since 2015 Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of the employee shareholders' association
‘WIR für SIEMENS e.V.’.
Since 2016 Advisory Board of the EVONIK AG Employee Shareholders' Association.
Initiator and author of the commemorative publication ‘50 years (1969- 2019) of employee shares at SIEMENS’.
