Update 13.5.2025

On the occasion of the German Diversity Day 2025 there is an extensive program at the UR (only in German):

A large online survey “Diversity and anti-discrimination at the UR” will take place from 3. to 10.6.2025. The invitation with the access link will be sent by circular mail.

From 3.6. to 12.7.2025, the ZSK of the UR invites you to the exhibition “(In)Visible? A look at gender in language worldwide” in the Upper Foyer of the Central Library with an inspiring supporting program.

As a program item:

3.6.2025, 6:00 p.m., “Gendering? Yes, absolutely! The perspective of a constitutional lawyer” by Prof. Ulrike Lembke (independent legal scholar and expert in legal gender studies as well as judge of the Constitutional Court of the State of Berlin) in the Upper Foyer of the Central Library. The lecture is a cooperation between the Anti-Discrimination Pointof the UR and the Service Center for Equality and Diversity of the OTH Regensburg.

The SHK team of the Anti-Discrimination Point is participating in the “Action Month against Right-Wing Extremism”, initiated by the Student Speakers, with the following activities:

The Anti-Discrimination Point is part of the International Weeks Against Racism 2025:

18. to 30.3.2025: Exhibition "Racism in children's books" at the Regensburg public library on Haidplatz (opening hours of the public library).

Wednesday, 19.3.2025, 8:00 p.m.: Film SHAHID with introduction and discussion after the film at the Filmgalerie im Leeren Beutel. The film maker Narges Kalhor takes part online.
