Why study the EEC master: This program is designed for students who wish to specialise in organismal biology with a focus on conservation, experimental and field ecology, and evolution. The programme has a dual focus on research and applied work, and therefore you will be able to qualify both for consecutive PhDs in these fields, as well as for work in the state administration or NGOs working in the field of ecology/conservation.
Who will be your instructors? The programme is mainly organized by the following working groups:
- AG (former Poschlod) - Ecology and Conservation
- AG Oberprieler - Plant Evolution
- AG Reisch - Genetics of Nature Conversation
