Forschungsinteressen

Die Forschung an der Professur befasst sich mit dem ?ffentlichen Recht in seinen transregionalen Auspr?gungen.
Transregionale Entwicklungen von Normen, also mehr als eine Region umspannende Ph?nomene, werden aus einer interdisziplin?ren und vergleichenden Perspektive untersucht. Im Rahmen dieser Perspektive liegt ein besonderes Augenmerk auf folgenden Rechtsgebieten:
?    nationales, europ?isches und internationales Umwelt- und Klimaschutzrecht
?    ?ffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht
?    Verfassungsrecht
